Crescent Capital Partner’s long and successful operating history, together with its strong relationships, asset management experience, and performance track record, has enabled us to expand into Private Credit strategies as part of our alternative asset management offerings.
Working closely with strategic partners, Crescent Capital Partners, via Crescent Private Credit, has launched two differentiated private credit funds: the “Crescent Corporate Loan Fund” and the “Crescent Structured Credit Fund”, both featuring predominantly floating rate loans held to maturity, with a focus on capital preservation and low correlation to public instruments.
Investment Strategies
Crescent Private Credit has introduced two complementary credit funds to the market that are built on banking relationships to access loan portfolios that deliver scale and diversification across two unique strategies.
Crescent Corporate Loan Fund
Provides investors with access to attractive risk-adjusted returns through investment in a high-quality portfolio of predominantly senior ranking, secured, floating rate corporate loans made to Australian and New Zealand businesses, diversified by borrower and sector.
Crescent Structured Credit Fund
Provides investors with attractive risk-adjusted returns via investment in a diversified portfolio of mezzanine asset-backed, junior infrastructure and levered corporate loans.
Crescent Corporate Loan Fund
This fund will give investors access to Australian senior corporate loans, predominantly senior secured, enhancing capital preservation. The portfolio will be diversified by borrower and industry

About Crescent Private Credit
Crescent Private Credit is built on a foundation of deep lending experience, strong leadership, and extensive industry relationships.
Crescent Private Credit combines a dedicated team of private credit professionals with access to Crescent’s firm-wide resources, including its network of analysts, operations specialists, investor relations, and distribution capabilities.
The team is led by Russell Sinclair (Managing Partner), who brings more than 30 years of banking and credit experience. Russell is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Funds, including origination, due diligence, lending, portfolio management, and maintaining strategic relationships with banking partners. He is supported by Caitlin Spitzke (CFO/COO), who has over 12 years’ experience in accounting, finance, compliance, and risk management, alongside a broader finance and operations team.
Investment Committee
Oversight of the investment program is provided by an Investment Committee, comprising senior bankers, investment professionals, and external members with executive experience across private credit, Australian banking, and restructuring.
The Committee is responsible for:
- setting and reviewing Crescent Private Credit’s credit policy and risk management framework;
- considering and approving all new loans, significant amendments, and consents; and
- conducting regular reviews of the underlying portfolios.
The Investment Committee currently includes the Managing Partner together with two Crescent partners, and four external members who bring deep expertise in corporate lending and risk management.
