Crescent Capital Partner’s long and successful operating history and performance track record has enabled Private Credit to be added to our alternative asset management strategies.
Working closely with strategic partners, we have produced two differentiated private credit funds; the ‘Crescent Corporate Loan Fund’ and the ‘Crescent Structured Credit Fund’. The investment principle of each fund is to optimise returns while maintaining a focus on credit quality and capital preservation. Each fund will invest in assets that feature floating rate structures held to maturity and have low correlation to public instruments.
Australian Private Credit Market
Investment in private credit markets across the world provides investors with attractive risk adjusted returns, typically uncorrelated to investment in other asset classes, making it an appealing choice for portfolio construction.
With the launch of two complementary private credit funds, Crescent Capital Partners Private Credit has made access to Australian corporate loans possible for wholesale and institutional Australian investors.
Crescent Corporate Loan Fund
The Crescent Corporate Loan Fund will offer high quality corporate bank loans with diversification by borrower and industry sector. The investments will predominantly be senior secured loans enhancing capital preservation.
For each strategy, the underlying loan terms and return profile are dependent on credit type, assessed by the Crescent Private Credit executive team and Investment Committee
Crescent Structured Credit Fund
The Crescent Structured Credit Fund provides investors with a portfolio of ABS and RMBS junior warehouse debt and junior infrastructure credit, leveraged loans, unitranche and other structured credit instruments.
For each strategy, the underlying loan terms and return profile are dependent on credit type, assessed by the Crescent Private Credit executive team and Investment Committee
