Certain personal information may be collected or processed on our behalf by our appointed unit registry provider, BoardRoom Pty Limited (ACN 003 209 836) (“BoardRoom”). This includes information required to administer your investment, such as maintaining the unit register, processing distributions, and facilitating investor communications. If you do not provide personal information requested by Crescent Capital Partners, we may be unable to process your application, respond to your enquiry, or provide you with certain services or information. In some cases, failure to provide required information may mean that we are unable to comply with our legal obligations (such as those relating to anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing), and as a result, we may not be able to accept your investment or maintain your investment records.

We take reasonable steps to ensure the security of your personal information. Our offices are located in secure premises with restricted access. Our IT systems are password protected, and we conduct regular audit checks. Anti-virus software is frequently updated to help protect our systems and the data they contain. In addition, all employees of Crescent Capital Partners are required, as a condition of employment, to treat personal information held by Crescent Capital Partners as confidential.

Crescent Capital Partners may disclose your personal information to overseas recipients in limited circumstances, such as where our service providers or related entities are located outside Australia or where it is necessary for the administration of your investment. If we do disclose personal information to overseas recipients, we will take reasonable steps to ensure that the overseas recipient does not breach the Australian Privacy Principles in relation to your personal information.

Under the Privacy Act, you have the right to request access to personal information that we hold about you. You may also request that we update or correct personal information that is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date.

To provide you with access to your personal information held by us on our current records, Crescent Capital Partners can provide you with a copy of the relevant personal information (ordinarily, an electronic print-out or a photocopy).
